Dance.tech faculty members reserve the right to place students in technically and developmentally appropriate classes. The Director will glady discuss class placement with parents upon request.
The non-refundable annual registration fee for all students is $25/student or $40/family. Registration fee and first month’s tuition payment is due on date of enrollment
If a dancer misses their schedule class for any reason, they are welcome to attend another class, subject to availability. Please call the Dance.tech office for make-up class options and scheduling. For planned absences, please call or email the Dance.tech office to inform our faculty.
Class schedules are subject to change and we reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule any group class that does not meet a minimum requirement of four students. When classes are cancelled due to inclement weather, a message is placed on local news stations, studio voicemail, and website no later than 1:00pm. Multiple make-up classes are offered and students are welcome to utilize without expiration.
All payments made to Dance.tech Performing Arts Studio for tuition, costumes, and competition entry fees are non-refundable. Any over-payments will be credited to your studio account. If you are not completely satisfied with the class your student is attending, please notify our office as soon as possible. Our goal is to find the most appropriate class for your child’s age and skill level.
If you choose to cancel your enrollment, we require a withdrawal form be completed 14 days prior to the next tuition payment.
Pricing is based on family account enrollment, and figured by the hourly total per week. All monthly tuition payments remain the same, regardless of the number of classes per month.
Tuition rates are effective August 1, 2019 – June 1, 2020
