Adult Dance Program
Our adult classes cover a breadth of styles and techniques, offering a fun recreational class for a rookie to explore something new, or in-depth experiences for a performing arts veteran who wants to expand his or her horizons for a more expressive life.
Our adult ballet class incorporates the basics of ballet in a relaxed, yet professional environment. Each class includes barre work, across the cloor steps, and classical combinations. This class is for brand new beginners through intermediate dancers. Improve your posture, balance, strength, and flexibility while feeling graceful at the same time.
Focus is on five specific areas; hips, thighs, seat, abdominals, and arms. Now is the time to lift and tone your body! Each section of strength training is followed by stretching to create long, lean, dancer muscles.
If you’re looking for a great workout that incorporates a fast, energetic dance style… try this fun class. This class is geared toward adults who just want to move, groove, and dance while burning calories. This fun, high-energy class teaches the fundamentals of basic body isolations, leaping, turning, and more!
Our adult lyrical classes allow dancers to explore their expressive side. Class begins with stretching and strengthening exercises, then continues with combinations that encourage students to incorporate their emotions into the movement.
